Family friendly oasis

The pool area was really fun for the kids, and even had some family-friendly activities that kept them entertained all day.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got it was still understandable.

The first day the air conditioning was bad

The hotel offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a clean environment and helpful staff that quickly responds to queries. Amenities such as pools and recreational activities kept the kids entertained, and the option of freshly squeezed juice was a lovely touch. Check-in was a bit hectic, but the calm demeanor of the front desk staff was much appreciated.

It is a very comfortable apartment with very good amenities.

A little bit of cleaning the bathrooms

The kids loved the outdoor pool and fun activities like the game room. Our family stayed in a two-bedroom villa that was not only spacious but also had all the essentials. Plus, the staff was super responsive whenever we needed help.

My kids wished there were more family seating options near the pools.

It was close to where we were spending most of our vacation

The bathrooms were way to small and reminded me of motel bathrooms and the kitchen was not open into the living area made it seem boxed in. I didnt like the screened in porches felt trapped.

That the cleaning staff in the 15 days we were there did not do any deep cleaning, just changing sheets, towels and bins, not vacuuming, not cleaning the floors

The one-bedroom villa was perfect for our family and had all the amenities we needed. The pool area was especially enjoyable, and the location was super convenient to theme parks and other attractions. The staff was very responsive via text, made everything so much easier.

I loved how its a home setting very centrralized and incredibly close to the park it is ... s few minutes but great for the money

The walls are a bit thin and my upstairs neighbors were having to much fun at midnight!

The one-bedroom villa had a full kitchen, private bathroom, and a comfy seating area. We loved the outdoor pool, kids' pool, and hot tub. The fitness center was convenient. Everything was clean and well-kept. Staff was helpful when we had questions. So much to do nearby but also a peaceful vibe.
